Studying information and communications technology at the University of Tsukuba Graduate School, where his research focuses on AI-driven multi-drone systems for forest fire control. Alongside his academic work, he co-founded a student venture in the HR sector and won a top prize at one of Japan’s largest student hackathons. He joined ARCHECO as an intern in his fourth undergraduate year, contributing to AI-powered internal operations and the Ohbag application.

Hiroki Kumazawa

Hiroki leads strategy and concept design at ARCHECO, with a particular focus on co-creation projects with large enterprises around DX, AI and new business. His background in automotive design at Nissan, grounded in human factors and ergonomics, still shapes how he approaches every brief as CEO and lead consultant.

Hitomi Suga

Began her career in customer-facing telecoms, progressing through store management and floor manager roles before moving into a long-term position at a major financial group. While raising children, she sought to broaden her expertise and joined ARCHECO in 2023. Since then she has led SNS marketing, advertising operations, and AI workflow design across multiple new business projects including MAPAGE, FAM, and Ohbag.

At ARCHECO, he leads all incubation activities.

Yuki wrote his thesis on laser trapping of micro-particles and researched MEMS at Tokyo Metropolitan University. After a stint at Fujitsu General in Shanghai, he founded ARCHECO. He believes the most important work is understanding why users need something and why they keep paying for it, and that UX is the most reliable tool for getting there.

Yuriko is a designer based between Japan and Malta who founded the design studio Myugge. Becoming a mother prompted her to rethink how and where she works. She now focuses on AI and UX, bringing a spatial sensibility shaped by her background in environmental design to every project she takes on.
