Three Companies, One Product

FAM BOX emerged from a rare co-creation between a major Japanese food manufacturer, Fujitsu, and ARCHECO. The founding insight: elite athlete nutrition strategies had never been made accessible to the general market — not because the science was absent, but because no one had built the right experience around it. ARCHECO led business concept design, brand architecture, and the full customer journey from food selection to post-meal tracking.

Standing Out in a Red Ocean

Frozen meal subscription is a saturated category. Differentiation required more than product quality. The strategy was built on three axes — science (supervised by sports nutrition advisor Megumi Omae), narrative (collaboration with professional baseball player Tsuyoshi Wada and the Wada Cup youth baseball tournament), and experience (a personalised loop from dietary assessment through delivery to progress tracking).
